Internal Use Only

Effective date: 4 May 2026

Last updated: 4 May 2026

1. Acceptance

By signing in to and using the GML CRM mobile application (the “App”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

2. Authorised users only

The App is intended exclusively for authorised employees, sales representatives and staff of GML India. Accounts are created and controlled by the GML India system administrator. Self-registration is not available, and anyone using the App without an administrator-issued account is doing so without authorisation.

3. Sign-in & your responsibilities

Sign-in to the App is OTP-based on the company-provided mobile number linked to your employee account by the system administrator. The SIM/number used to receive the OTP is issued by GML India for work purposes and is not the employee’s personal number.

4. Ownership of data

All business data accessible through the App — including customers, quotations, projections, outstanding payments, tasks and achievements — is the property of GML India. You receive a limited, revocable right to view and update this data only as required for your role.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

6. Account suspension & termination

The system administrator may suspend, restrict or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including (but not limited to) cases of policy violation, role change, end of employment, or security concerns. On termination you must stop using the App and uninstall it from your devices.

7. Updates to the App

GML India may update, modify or discontinue features of the App at any time. You may be required to install updates to continue using the App.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided to authorised users on an “as-is” basis for internal business use. GML India does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Information shown in the App should be verified before use in any binding business decision.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GML India will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App. Disputes between an employee and the company are governed by the employee’s contract of employment and applicable internal policies.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered office of GML India.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
